• Each of our Hiking Red River Gorge guides are hand selected and have been on countless hikes through out the United States. All are very knowledgeable of the local community and trail systems, including off the beaten path trails. With your safety in mind, all trail guides are certified in First Aid/CPR through the American Red Cross.

    Sarah is a fun loving free spirit. Following in her father's footsteps she loves the outdoors. Growing up in Powell County the Red River Gorge holds a special place in her heart.

    If we didn't know any better we would say Jonathan was born in the woods. He comes from a long line of Eastern KY outdoors men and enjoys passing that tradition down to his kiddos.

    At 5 years of age Landon is our youngest honorary trail guide. He has put in more miles in Red River Gorge than many adults 6 times his age. He loves to venture out with the team especially when he can show off his knowledge to other kids.

  • Bernard

    Another Powell County native, Bernard, has been hiking since he was a little fellow. He is also a member of the Powell County Search and Rescue team and has solo thru hiked the entire Sheltowee Trace Trail. Oh and did we mention he is the oldest guy on the team and quite possibly the hardest to keep up with.
